Nato
a Brescia nel 1957, laurea in Ingegneria Civile presso il Politecnico di
Milano nel 1983, iscritto all’Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di
Brescia dal 1984, membro del Consiglio Direttivo e Tesoriere, Presidente
della Commissione Energia, Ambiente, Ecologia.
CEO
di Sisthema Engineering, Direttore Tecnico della Divisione Impianti ha
costituito la RES&CO, è da sempre attento e competente sostenitore
delle fonti rinnovabili.
E’
stato dirigente del Settore Ecologia Servizio Difesa Ambiente ed Ecologia
della Provincia di Brescia (1990-1996) ha partecipato alla costituzione
alla formazione della Agenzia Punto Energia Brescia aderente alla rete Europea
delle agenzie energetiche, attive
nel campo delle fonti rinnovabili, dell’uso efficiente dell’energia e del
risparmio energetico. In tale veste ha partecipato alla realizzazione dei

Ha partecipato alla progettazione di edifici a ridotto
consumo energetico e dei primi impianti utilizzanti fonti rinnovabili in
Italia, ha sviluppato una esperienza di due anni (2004-2006) con primaria
azienda tedesca nel campo fotovoltaico con progettazione e realizzazione di
impianti di piccola e media taglia per un totale di circa 6 MW.
Ha predisposto studi di fattibilità e progettato circa
100 impianti fotovoltaici in Conto Energia (Feed-in Tarif) per circa 5 MW.
Ha seguito la Progettazione esecutiva e la Direzione
dei lavori di realizzazione di alcuni impianti di media taglia su residenze
ed insediamenti industriali.
Ha
partecipato in qualità di relatore a importanti seminari e convegni sui
temi energetici e sull’utilizzo delle fonti rinnovabili ed ha organizzato
viaggi studio ed incontri per la visita delle esperienze significative di
realizzazioni in Europa.

Born in Brescia in 1957,
graduated in Civil Engineering at the Politecnico in Milan in 1983,
registered in the Ordine of the Engineers of the Province of Brescia since
1984, member of the Directive and Treasure Council, President of the Energy
Environment and Ecology Commission.
CEO of Sisthema
Engineering, Technical Director of the Division Systems, has set up the
RES&CO, has always been attentive and competent supporter of the
renewable sources.
He has been Manager of the
Settore Ecologia Servizio Difesa Ambiente and Ecologia (Ecology Field Service
of Environment and Ecology Defence) of the Province of Brescia (1990-1996),
has taken part in the constitution of the Agenzia Punto Energia Brescia
(Agency Energy Point Brescia), member of the European net of the energy
agencies active in the field of renewable sources, of the efficient use of
energy and energy saving. In this role he has taken part in the realization
of the following European Projects:

He has taken part in the
projecting work of buildings with reduced energy consumption and in the first
systems which used renewable sources in Italy. He developed a two year
experience (2004-2006) at a primary German company in the photovoltaic field,
projecting and realizing small and medium size systems for a total of about 6
MW.
He set up studies of feasibility and projected about 100
photovoltaic systems at Conto Energia (Feed-in Tarif) for about 5 MW.
He followed the executive
Projecting and the Direction of works of the realization of some medium sized
systems on residences and industrial settlements.
He took part as speaker at
some important seminars and conferences on energy topics and on the use of
renewable sources and he organised study trips and meetings aimed at visiting
significant experiences of realisations around Europe.
