STORIA ED ATTIVITA’

Fondata nel 1992, SISTHEMA è una società di servizi tecnici integrati nel settore edile ed impiantistico, costituita da un gruppo di professionisti abilitati nelle diverse discipline, in grado di offrire servizi personalizzati attraverso team di lavoro specializzati e coordinati, ottimizzando le risorse impiegate e i tempi di intervento.

SISTHEMA si propone come interlocutore unico nella soluzione delle diverse problematiche tecniche nell’ambito della realizzazione di un’opera, o parte di essa, dalla progettazione alla sua completa esecuzione nei campi residenziale, commerciale, terziario ed industriale sia pubblici che privati, garantendo un approccio integrato.

SISTHEMA opera in regime di qualità, conforme alla normativa ISO 9001, per tutti i servizi erogati di progettazione in campo edilizio ed impiantistico, attività di consulenza tecnica, collaudi, pratiche edilizie, piani di sicurezza, assistenza alla costruzione e direzione lavori.

Da sempre l’interesse di SISTHEMA è stato rivolto ai temi del risparmio energetico, dell’efficienza energetica e dell’utilizzo delle fonti rinnovabili.

Attraverso un approccio multidisciplinare, SISTHEMA si propone di analizzare la questione della sostenibilità ambientale come fulcro del processo edilizio, ponendo particolare attenzione alle problematiche “del costruire” e dell’innovazione tecnologica, del sistema edificio-impianto e dell’uso razionale dell’energia con l’aiuto di fonti rinnovabili, garantendo un’elevata qualità progettuale.

La scommessa del nostro futuro si basa sulla possibilità di limitare l’utilizzo delle risorse disponibili e garantire la qualità dell’ambiente in cui viviamo. Particolarmente significativa è l’esperienza maturata da  SISTHEMA nella progettazione e realizzazione di edifici a ridotto consumo energetico e di impianti fotovoltaici, solare termico e microcogenerazione, attraverso la propria divisione RES&CO (Renewable Energy Systems Company), che si propone di fornire una qualificata consulenza nello studio, progettazione e realizzazione di edifici a ridotto consumo energetico e di impianti ad energia rinnovabile.

Una scommessa che punta dritto al futuro. E in questo caso la multidisciplinarietà è la carta vincente.

HISTORY AND ACTIVITY

Founded in 1992, SISTHEMA is a company that provides integrated technical services in the building and systems fields. It is made up of a group of professionals certified in different subject matters, who are able to offer personalized services through a team of skilled and coordinated workers, optimizing both the resources used and time of intervention.

SISTHEMA presents itself as the only intermediary as far as the solution of several technical problems are concerned, in the realization of a work, or part of it, from the projecting to its whole execution in residential, commercial, tertiary or services and industrial, both public and private fields, ensuring an integrated approach.

SISTHEMA operates in the quality regime, according to the ISO 9001, for all the projecting services supplied in the building and system fields, technical consultancy activities, testing, building practices, safety plans, assistance to construction and directing of works.

The interest of SYSTHEMA has always been in the field of energy saving, energy efficiency and in the use of renewable sources.     

Through a multilateral approach, SISTHEMA aims at analysing the matter of environmental sustaining and support as the pivot of the building process, paying particular attention to the problems related to the building work and the technological innovation, the building-facility system, and the rational use of energy with the help of the renewable sources, ensuring a high projecting quality.

Our bet for the future is based on the opportunity to limit the use of the resources available and at the same time ensuring the quality of the environment we live in. In our job this translates into the ability to choose both building solutions and different system technologies, which will be able to limit the energy consumption and guarantee a high energy efficency. This is achieved with great satisfaction as far as managing costs of our clients are concerned.

It is particularly meaningful the experience matured by SISTHEMA in the projecting and realization of buildings with a low energy consumption and photovoltaic systems, thermosolar and microcogeneretion, through its own division RES&CO (Renewable Energy Systems Company), which aims at supplying a qualified consultancy in the study, projecting and realization of buildings with low and reduced energy consumption and renewable energy systems.
